Real Estate Prices, There's This Huge Bubble, And It's Driving The Economy
They've hit the headlines with Real Estate prices, there's this huge bubble, and it's driving the economy, the building of housing and then all the contents have to be bought and the population grows, they reckon that's good, but no one knows when it will burst or bust or deflate, so the next election is going to be ways of pumping it up even more, how to get people who are left out like half the population to be able to enter the home market, buying homes on mortgages that soak up over 40% of income, and at any time can go up when interest rates rise, and they will, they always do, and some other knock on effect can roll up to catch the marginals, he banks never suffer really... People hate banks now so much, opinions on banks are the lowest, and the new generations have never experienced the State Owned Banks, and the mixed economy of Governments running basic services and owning the infrastructure, like Superannuation could fund services infrastructure, and the Private Banks are pocketing oodles from Toll Roads and do bugger all for it... Did I go down the garden path there?

The Major Ethanol Producer Is A Major Giver Of Donations To The So-Called Liberal Party
There's a scandal to do with tariffs and subsidies for
Ethanol in Petrol, the lousy Aussie Coalition Govt has been in bed with the
major Ethanol producer and the sugar industry, propping up the rural vote in
the Coalition for the sake of what? The sugar industry itself is a major problem
environmentally, causing acid soil pollution and killing the Great Barrier
Reef, the motorists with cars built for petrol are pissed off when their
warranties are voided cause of the fuel additives, but there's a reduction of
greenhouse gas, as well there's a sales pitch advertising the absence of
Ethanol; in some fuel supplies, so the whole package is a can of worms, but on
top of it all is the secret association between the Govt and the Supplier, and
the denials by the Little Lying PM that there isn't, so we have this debacle
where the use of Tariffs and protection in this case is dirtying the waters,

It Must Definitely Spin Hubwise Around The Black Mountain
After the rainy weekend where the dams filled up 20
centimetres out of 20 metres to go, with the drains running, I took off around
